Radius designs and facilitates custom workshops, grief circles, retreats, and presentations. Below, you will find offerings that are available to the public and online. Some are virtual, others are in-person in the Portland metro area.

Our services are informed by Lori’s expertise in trauma and grief, an understanding of interpersonal neurobiology, and a commitment to fostering connection and healing. Cultivating psychological safety and trust is our specialty. Doing so from an anti-racist, strength-based perspective is our promise.

Bringing the Devine Feminine Into the Workplace

An immersive and experiential workshop to invoke and rely on the divine feminine in our professional realms

• Understand and explore divine feminine archetypes and attributes

• Identify and strategize around oppressive patriarchal cultural patterns in the workplace

• Design approaches to reduce the harm of those structures

Persimmons: A Healing Space

Persimmons was created to provide job seekers mutual support, somatic strategies, and healing. Together, we will:

• Map our nervous systems to understand our threat reactions

• Create language and practices to name our grief, gratitude and gifts

• Restore connection to our bodies, identities, and communities
